Sessional – expires when you close your web browser or log out of the website.

storefront_digest, unique token

Indefinite.

If a password is required, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

_ga (Google Universal Analytics) 

Persistent – expires after two years .

Distinguishes unique users by assigning a randomly generated number as a client identifier. It is included in each page request in a site and used to calculate visitor, session and campaign data for the sites analytics reports.

_gat (Google Universal Analytics) 

Persistent – expires after 10 minutes.

Throttles the request rate – limiting the collection of data on high traffic sites.

Persistent – expires after 24 hours.
