Shipping and Handling

All orders are sent with proof of posting for your peace of mind. When your orders has been dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you from the courier service handling your parcel. Through this you will be able to check the status of your delivery through a tracking code.

For any delays, we recommend contacting the courier service directly. You can find their contact details on emails they send to you, or online. 

If you receive a card to say that Royal Mail or DPD attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card. If you have not received a card please contact your local Royal Mail or APC depot and confirm both your full name and order number to rearrange delivery.

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct prior to completing your order, as these details cannot be changed once the order has been despatched. 

Dispatch Schedule

Orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same-day, subject to items being in stock. Any orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day. 

UK Delivery Options: 

Tracked Second Class Delivery (Royal Mail): FREE for all orders.

Next Day Tracked Delivery (DPD): £7.95

International Delivery:

We do not offer international delivery at this time, but keep your eyes peeled - it's coming very soon!


Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your items. 

Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Please check your shipment upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping.

We would ask that all claims for damaged products are be made within 72 hours of receipt in order that we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Our customer service team would be happy to assist - Please Contact Us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.

We will refund you for any standard shipping costs. However, no refund will be given for any additional service delivery costs you may have chosen.
